A half of the products were shipped damaged but HASUN is refusing to refund the half of the order. l have asked for 1/2 cost of the products whi chis $545.20/2=$272.60 but they are tnying to refund 1/2 of the shippin g fee which is $85.70/2=$42.85 which doesn;t make anysense to me.

The quality and delivery speed are just as fast as my first order. In fact, l have worked with Hasun manytimes, so l feel very confident. The dimen sions fully meet my requirements, and surprisingly, they provide better s uggestions based on your drawings, which has saved me a lot of costs. T his is whyl stopped working with other suppliers and only cooperate wit h Hasun.
